Skiing – Soldotna:  Thanks to help from Skyview.

Hockey – Colony/Houston:  We should look at the by-laws regarding All Region Team and coach of the year.  Should the second place team members get medals?

Region Rotation: (Scratching Houston out of the conference tournament sites, the will be moving into the Mid Alaska Conference for most sports)

Cordova Moving Conferences:  Teams have been added to the Aurora Conference creating more travel for Cordova.  They would like to be move to the South Central Conference for Volleyball and Basketball and Kachemak for Wrestling.  Discussion surrounds how many games and it will cost $89 dollars per person and takes 7 hours.  Houston is leaving this conference after this year.  This move will be for the 08-9 school year.  This will be voted on in the spring.

Swim Qualifiers:  It was brought to the attention that maybe the region meet could be trimmed down.  The region felt like 4 per event was trimmed enough.

Small School basketball proposal:  There is a proposal to make a new classification to help balance the competition at the state tournament.  Take home to discuss with coaches.
